It is our belief that God gave us stewardship of our animals. To the extent that we are able to meet that charge is what defines us as caring people.
Our sled dogs you will “Mush” were born in our home or with us on the glacier. We raised these Alaskan Huskies from puppies and care about their life as many would care about their own children. In so doing, we are rewarded with dogs that respond to us with love, a wagging tail, and an unshakable desire to take us with them down the trail.
You’ll see that our Alaskan Huskies are ecstatic to go “mushing”. Nothing says it more than how the whole kennel explodes into a chorus of howls as you take off for your “mush”.
As close as they are to us they also like your attention too. Just like people they like to be told they’ve done a good job. When we get back to the kennel we always make time to give each dog a pet and rub behind the ears to say “thanks”.
It is our hope that you will join us ”Mushing” on our snow packed glacier. It’s our way of life, and we love sharing it with you.
