We have a cohesive team of 20 dedicated people to put on our tours. In many respects we are like a family working together on the glacier with our sled dogs. It is not uncommon for our “mushers” and “support staff” to work with us for several seasons. Many of our crew have been with us for over ten years and are the bedrock of our company.

Even our best staff move on to new adventures and chapters in their lives so we occasionally do have a few openings each summer.
